Jürgen Klinsmann steps down

Hertha BSC’s former head coach resigns from his role with immediate effect.

Berlin - Jürgen Klinsmann has stepped down from his role as head coach of Hertha BSC with immediate effect, after informing the club of his decision on Tuesday morning (11/02/20). Alexander Nouri will take immediate control as the interim head coach, supported by the current coaching team. “We were very surprised by what happened this morning. There were no previous indications of this decision, especially after the support shown throughout a busy winter transfer market in regards to signings. We will provide further information as the situation develops,” said Michael Preetz.
