Terms and Conditions
All terms and conditions for ticket sales and stadium rules during Hertha BSC matches can be found here. Re-selling Hertha BSC tickets is against the law and violates the terms and conditions. This also applies to platforms like internet auctions. Any violation of the terms and conditions is liable to prosecution by Hertha BSC. Neither season tickets nor match tickets can be sold on; fans with these tickets will be refused entry into the stadium and no replacement ticket will be issued. Compensation claims must be made to the appropriate ticket seller, not to Hertha BSC.
