How to buy tickets!
Tickets are available via our online store, our hotline or in one of our Fanshops.
Match tickets can be ordered online at our ticket agency EVENTIM Sports. You are allowed to purchase a maximum of ten tickets.
- The ticket(s) can be sent to you via email so you can print them at home (the only exceptions are matches against Bayern and Dortmund, there is no ticketdirect (print@home) possible),
- or can also be sent to you a few days later by post provided that you have a german address,
- or you can also choose to have the ticket(s) deposited by your name at the ticket deposit ('will call') at the east-entrance of the Olympic stadium so that you can get them on matchday.
We also have a ticket service hotline that you can reach by dialing +49 30 300928-1892 - if you'd like to buy a ticket, press #1 - beware that phone charges might differ depending on your land and phone company you're calling.

Hertha Berlin offers all fans the chance to purchase day tickets early doors at a reduced price, as tickets are available at the best rate just after going on general sale. By buying online, you can not only guarantee the best price, but also secure a great seat. The earlier you buy the better!
These prices will be available in pretty much all blocks. The price of the day ticket will vary from game to game, while season ticket rates will remain unchanged and are always priced accordingly.
Price changes can occur every so often. The aim is always to ensure as many seats as possible are filled and ensure that the need for an improved atmosphere never becomes apparent.
The latest prices can be found on the booking homepage for the relevant home game. Make sure to use the new functions in the Online-Ticketshop, such as the seat selector, which will apply to your preferred price range.
Hertha Berlin members receive a 10% reduction on all prices within the grounds of the Olympiastadion. This offer will be in place so long as stocks last. These tickets are available in the Hertha Berlin Fanshop, from the ticket hotline on (030) 300928-1892 and in the Online Shop for day tickets.
School pupils, students, pensioners, severely disabled and adolescents up to the age of 16 years old can receive discounts of up to 20% in all areas of the stadium. These tickets are available in the Hertha Berlin Fanshop, from the ticket hotline on (030) 300928-1892 and in the Online Shop for day tickets (Choose the price/concession Ermäßigung in your shopping casket). Children under five years of age receive free entry (without a seat reservation).
There is unreserved seating in the Ostkurve stand in the areas marked (Q-T, 37.2 and 38.1) Please be aware that fans in Blocks 34 to 41 usually watch the game in a standing position. Please Note: Fans wearing away shirts and clothing will not be allowed access into the Ostkurve.
Tickets which have been ordered to collect on the day can be picked up from the Ticket office at the Osttor (East Gate) from two hours to go before kick-off. You will be required to show ID and a booking reference number upon collection.
Getting to and from the stadium using public transportation
Travelling with a day ticket on a matchday within five hours of kick off ensures free travel in zones ABC of the Berlin-Brandenburg (VBB) network until 3am the following day.
General terms and conditions of trade
You can find all the terms and conditions of purchasing a matchday ticket from Hertha and all of the stadium rules and regulations during games here.
Acquiring Hertha tickets from Hertha Berlin through unverified sources (such as internet auction sites) is illegal and against the terms and conditions of trade. Hertha Berlin will take action against such instances. Those with tickets and season tickets that have been purchased after being sold on will also not be allowed into the stadium. There will also be no opportunity to swap these tickets on the day. Compensation enquiries must be handled by the seller of the ticket and not Hertha Berlin.
